Homeopathy for the Individual Terrain...
Miasms, Temperaments, Constitutions:
 Session Four - Psoric Miasm

presented by Dr. Gérard Guéniot, M.D.   (bio)
with Dr. Mikhael Adams and Dr. Robert Abell

  Date & Location & Fees

This four-session course is designed to provide the practitioner with a solid homeopathic foundation
with each session being devoted to a specific miasm.  Dr. Gérard Guéniot’s teaching approach is
based on his strong homeopathic, Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture foundation and his
intimate knowledge of the materia medica.

IN THIS COURSE YOU WILL:

• learn to treat the underlying chronic pathology, balance the terrain, and guide the patient to health.
• obtain the knowledge to address the most common acute and chronic pathologies.
• learn the importance of understanding the use of drainage in chronic disease.
• know how to evaluate the evolution of acute diseases and its natural progression to chronic diseases.
• gain a new level of accuracy in case analysis and a deeper understanding of miasms.
• acquire thorough insight into the patient and have a better understanding in interpreting the symptoms.

DR. GUÉNIOT WILL:

• elaborate on each of the four miasms starting with the luetic because a large percentage of illnesses
are related to the luetic miasm, followed by the tuberculinic, sycotic and psoric.
• show you how to unveil the uniqueness of each patient rather than prescribing based on a diagnostic
  category.
• outline steps in taking and analyzing cases, and the prescription selection of remedies along with
the potencies and frequencies, as well as the follow-up.
• discuss acute and chronic treatment plans along with aggravations, metastases and suppressions,
the hierarchy in treating, and the integration of other biotherapeutics as well as the patient’s progress.
• demonstrate how to recognize the patient’s homeopathic profile using the knowledge of the temperamental
and miasmatic approach and how to prescribe homeopathic remedies accordingly.
• analyze the polychrests and satellite remedies belonging to each specific miasm in eight segments
and provide you with their practical clinical applications.
• teach the remedies as follows: physiology, psychological profile, picture of remedy, etiological signs,
general signs, regional signs, main indications and their place in the terrain.

SESSION FOUR: PSORIC MIASM

Dr. Guéniot will begin reviewing, discussing and answering any questions that the participants may have
from the previous three courses.  He will then examine the Psoric miasm in detail, outlining the
characteristics typically attributed to Psoric patients.  In this session, Dr. Guéniot will discuss the polychrests
and satellite remedies commonly correlated with the Psoric miasm.  He will describe the etiology and
pathogenesis of the acute and chronic pathologies generally associated with but not limited to the psoric
miasm such as chronic colopathy, lithiasis - gall bladder and renal, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, nausea, vomiting,
skin eruptions, gout, prostate-related conditions, and chronic skin pathology.  He will emphasize the
importance of being able to prioritize the treatment according to the hierarchy of the patient illnesses.
He will also discuss the integration of homeopathy with other biotherapeutics.
